DISC profiling can be used as a stand-alone tool for coaching...
or can be integrated into any of our coaching programmes for individuals or teams. Professional DISC coaching days provide a space to explore your individual profiles, examining the impact these can have on team / department dynamics and are followed up with subsequent coaching sessions to embed your development.
